மதம் மாறியவர்களை கொலை செய்ய வேண்டும்:- இஸ்லாமிய அறிஞர் விளக்கம்;
இஸ்லாம் மதத்திற்கு மாறப்போகும் முன் பின்வரும் வசனங்களை படிப்பது மாற்றுமதத்தினருக்கு நல்லது;
புகாரி ஹதீஸ் 3017. அலீ(ரலி) ஒரு கூட்டத்தாரை எரித்துவிட்டார்கள். இச்செய்தி இப்னு அப்பாஸ்(ரலி) அவர்களுக்கு எட்டியது. அப்போது அவர்கள், “நானாக இருந்திருந்தால் அவர்களை எரித்திருக்கமாட்டேன். ஏனெனில், நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள், “அல்லாஹ் அளிக்கிற வேதனையை அளித்து (எவரையும்) தண்டிக்காதீர்கள்” என்று கூறினார்கள். நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள், “தன் மார்க்கத்தை மாற்றிக் கொள்கிறவரைக் கொன்று விடுங்கள்“ என்று சொன்னதுபோல் நான் அவர்களைக் கொன்று விட்டிருப்பேன்“ என்றார்கள்” என இக்ரிமா(ரஹ்) கூறினார்.
புகாரி ஹதீஸ் 6922. இக்ரிமா(ரஹ்) அவர்கள் அறிவித்தார்.
அலீ(ரலி) அவர்களிடம், இஸ்லாத்திலிருந்து வெளியேறிய(துடன் இஸ்லாத்திற்கும் அரசுக்கும் விரோதமாகச் செயல்பட்ட) சிலர் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டனர். அவர்களை அலீ(ரலி) அவர்கள் எரித்து (விடுமாறு உத்தர)விட்டார்கள். 7 இச்செய்தி இப்னு அப்பாஸ்(ரலி) அவர்களுக்கு எட்டியது. அப்போது அவர்கள், “நானாக இருந்திருந்தால் அவர்களை எரித்திருக்கமாட்டேன். ஏனெனில், நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள், “அல்லாஹ் அளிக்கிற (நெருப்பின்) வேதனையை அளித்து (எவரையும்) தண்டிக்காதீர்கள்“ என்று கூறினார்கள். மாறாக, நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள், “தம் மார்க்கத்தை மாற்றிக் கொள்கிறவருக்கு மரணதண்டனை அளியுங்கள்“ என்று சொன்னதற்கேற்ப நான் அவர்களுக்கு மரணதண்டனை அளித்திருப்பேன்“ என்றார்கள்.
புகாரி ஹதீஸ் 6878 & முஸ்லிம் 3463. இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்“
“அல்லாஹ்வைத் தவிர வணக்கத்திற்குரியவன் வேறெவருமில்லை. நான் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதராவேன்“ என உறுதி மொழி கூறிய முஸ்லிமான எந்த மனிதரையும் மூன்று காரணங்களில் ஒன்றை முன்னிட்டே தவிர வேறெதற்காகவும் கொலை செய்ய அனுமதி இல்லை. (அவை:) 1. ஒரு மனிதரைக் கொலை செய்ததற்கு பதிலாகக் கொலை செய்வது. 2. திருமணமானவன் விபசாரம் செய்வது. 3. “ஜமாஅத்“ எனும் சமூகக் கூட்டமைப்பைக் கைவிட்டு, மார்க்கத்திலிருந்தே வெளியேறி விடுவது.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If someone changes his deen - strike his neck!"
The meaning of the statement of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in our opinion and Allah knows best, is that "if someone changes his deen, strike his neck!" refers to those who leave Islam for other than it - like the heretics and their like, about whom it is known. They are killed without being called to tawba because their tawba is not recognised. They were hiding their kufr and publishing their Islam, so I do not think that one calls such people to tawba, and one does not accept their word. As for the one who goes out of Islam to something else and divulges it, one calls him to tawba. If he does not turn in tawba, he is killed. If there are people in that situation, I think that one should call them to Islam and call them to tawba. If they turn in tawba, that is accepted from them. If they do not turn in tawba, they are killed. That does not refer as we see it, and Allah knows best, to those who come out of Judaism to Christianity or from Christianity to Judaism, nor to someone who changes his deen from the various forms of deen except for Islam. Whoever comes out of Islam to other than it and divulges that, that is the one who is referred to, and Allah knows best!
புகாரி ஹதீஸ் 6924. அபூ ஹுரைரா(ரலி) அறிவித்தார். நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் இவ்வுலகைவிட்டுப் பிரிந்து, அபூ பக்ர்(ரலி) அவர்கள் கலீஃபாவாக ஆக்கப்பட்ட சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் அரபுகளில் சிலர் இறைமறுப்பாளர்களாய் மாறினர்.11 (அவர்களின் மீது போர் தொடுக்கப்போவதாக அபூ பக்ர்(ரலி) கூறினார்.) அப்போது உமர்(ரலி) அவர்கள், “அபூ பக்ர் அவர்களே! மக்களுடன் நீங்கள் எவ்வாறு போரிட முடியும்? இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள், “வணக்கத்திற்குரியவர் அல்லாஹுவைத் தவிர வேறெவருமில்லை என்று மக்கள் கூறும்வரை அவர்களுடன் போரிடுமாறு எனக்குக் கட்டளையிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. வணக்கத்திற்குரியவர் அல்லாஹுவைத் தவிர வேறெவருமில்லை எனக் கூறுகிறவர் தகுந்த காரணம் இருந்தால் தவிர தன் உயிருக்கும் செல்வத்திற்கும் பாதுகாப்புப் பெறுவார். அவரின் (அந்தரங்க எண்ணங்கள் மற்றும் நடவடிக்கைகளுக்குரிய) விசாரணை அல்லாஹ்விடம் உள்ளது என்று கூறினார்களே?“ என்று கேட்டார்கள்.

Narrated It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:“When the Messenger of Allah died and Abu Bakr was appointed as Khalifah, and some of the Arab’s disbelieved, Umar said: ‘O Abu Bakr! How can you fight the people when the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight the people until they say La ilaha illallah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah). Whoever says La ilaha illallah, his life and his property are safe from me, except for its right, and his reckoning will be with Allah?’ Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, said: ‘By Allah, I will surely fight those who separate prayer and Zakah, for Zakah is what is due on wealth. By Allah, if they withhold from me a small she-goat that they used to give to the Messenger of Allah I will fight them for withholding it.’ (Umar said) ‘By Allah, when I realized that Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, had opened the chest of Abu Bakr to fighting, then I knew that it was the truth.’”
