The Vulturine Guineafowl (Acryllium vulturinum) is a resident breeder in northeast Africa,
from southern Ethiopia through Kenya and just into northern Tanzania.

The Whiskered Treeswift (Hemiprocne comata) is found in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.

Male Indigo Bunting (Passerina cyanea) by Kevin Bolton. This bunting is migratory, ranging from southern Canada to northern Florida during the breeding season, and from southern Florida to northern South America during the winter.

Mariana Fruit Dove (Ptilinopus roseicapilla) by Leslie Ware on Flickr. This dove is indigenous to the Northern Mariana Islands. Surprisingly the bright colors makes them invisible in the thick jungle.

Pair of Banded Kingfishers (Lacedo pulchella) by Smallfat. This is a tree kingfisher found in lowland tropical forests of southeast Asia. The blue one is the male.

Przevalski's Finch (Urocynchramus pylzowi), endemic to the mountains of central-west China by Jonathan Newman. Its taxonomic affinities were unclear for a long time, giving rise to other common names, the pink-tailed bunting and the Przewalski's rosefinch. In 2000 it was proposed that it should in fact be regarded neither as a finch nor a bunting, but as the only member of the family Urocynchramidae.
